Oil change & 65,000 mile check I was not greeted as I entered the office. No one looked up from their computers. I finally made eye contact. After that, I was immediately served. However, the music selection was very annoying....combination of rap and rock. With the television on and trying to read...it just provided noise! I waited two hours... Which I thought was very reasonable. When my car was done… Check out was easy and efficient. In fact, the clerk used my points to lower my bill which I appreciated. The same person who helped me in the lobby escorted me to my car. She was attentive and kind. I don't know her name but she had long hair braids and sat directly across from the entrance door in the service department. More

Richard checked me right in, called me when completed, took me to the cashier for checkout, then out to my car and wiped off all the technicians greasy fingerprints. Great Service Trip I was pleasantly surprised at the east with which our car service was handled at Sutherlin Nissan. Once I checked in, I was invited into the lounge w I was pleasantly surprised at the east with which our car service was handled at Sutherlin Nissan. Once I checked in, I was invited into the lounge where I had the complimentary coffee (or water) and snacks. May car and I felt very taken care of! I had been putting off an oil change for some time and finally called to schedule one and they fit me in the very next day! I love that the dealership I had been putting off an oil change for some time and finally called to schedule one and they fit me in the very next day! I love that the dealership has a waiting section stocked with FREE coffee, bottled water and snacks so the wait does not feel as long.
