Very poor, rashid was great, the manager was not. Asked about there 7k trade in details, came back with an offer higher than online, then 8 grand in dealer fees and everything else. Don't want to see others roped in by this at any point just walk out after they go back once, make sure they don't hold your keys hostage if they ask you anything like what do you think it should be, don't even answer just walk away all the "typical" dealer tricks. Don't be the one that gets screwed go to johnson honda they were very good to me, these guys were total garbage, 35 grand for an altima is crazy for the SL model get a tesla or something else if they try that crap. NISSAN VERO ONLINE PRICE WAS $28,000 I HAD A TRADE IN THEY claimed 7 grand on TOOK MSRP 36,000 or so quoted me $29,000 ANY RUNNING TRADE IN IS WORTH SOMETHING PRIVATE PARTY (1000 or so) NOT A GOOD DEAL More
