I have been interacting with Nissan for years. I have been away from Nissan for about 5 years, because my car and truck have been always serviced and working properly. The service, the associate, sales dept. manager (Teddy), the sales rep (Britt), and financial manager (Nick) were superior, over and above the services expected. Let's not forget, we were served with lunch such as juicy hamburgers, hotdogs, and a cold drink. We were told one price when we called before we came. We flew down here to purchase the car and they added extra fees that they didn’t discuss with us over the phone.
