I was then approached by Camille who was pleasant and approachable. I explained my situation and Camille took me around to look at vehicles that matched my desired options. We took a quick and pleasant test drive of the vehicle that was spot on what I had asked Camille to show me. The financing portion was not nearly as scary as I'd thought it would be. The finance manager was also pleasant knowledgable and approachable. I was given a tour of the dealership and introduced to the people that would be my contacts "after the sale." Each and everyone from the internet sales manager, customer service manager, parts and service staff was welcoming. Heck even the detailer, housekeeping staff and receptionist greeted me with a friendly and welcoming demeaner. When I finished up with financing the dealership owner came and greeted me and thanked me for my business. Nice touch Sutherlin! More

Friendly dealership w/ a great atmosphere to purchase a car I do not like the process of buying a vehicle from a car dealership as I have had some bad experiences in the past. Aaron D'Amico along with sales associate Blake Erwek made the time spent there enjoyable, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Finance Director Simon Robles was also great to work with. Aaron D'Amico and I talked back and forth by email for several weeks and he was always very professional and straight forward even though I would never commit. I honestly did not want to purchase a car an hour away from my home, but it was worth the drive. Gary Roznowski was the salesman that handled the transaction and I appreciate his patience and honesty throughout the transaction.
