I was immediately greeted upon entering the dealership by two smiling, very lovely ladies who arranged new car sales Rep, "Elvis Wayne" (whom Btw, resembles Elvis and boy can he croon like Elvis!) to assist with my new vehicle purchase. I was also introduced to the Director of Internet Marketing, Aaron D'Amico whom I had contacted via the dealership website for pricing and availability. During the test drive,Elvis demonstrated in detail all the "bells & whistles" answered all my questions and pointed out the exceptional manufacturing and safety of the car. The showroom environment was relaxed, clean & comfortable....no pressure or hassle! It was a rainy, stormy day when I took delivery of my new Nissan Juke, and as I pull into customer parking on the lot, my sales rep Elvis was already awaiting my arrival with an open umbrella, stepped to my drivers side as I exit my trade-in vehicle and says...."I got you covered!" At that moment, I felt like a "princess"! How impressive!! What a courteous sweetheart! Finance Manager Lou, had all the paperwork prepared for my final review and signatures and the deal was complete. I even received a $25 gift card just for taking the test drive and won $100 on The Wheel Spin! Dinner money to celebrate! Best Car Purchase Experience Ever! We did not know what to expect as we do not like the long process of purchasing a new car. We were greatly surprised to see how friendly, helpful and understanding all the staff members were. They made it the best car purchase experience we could have wished for. From beginning to end, everything was well explained and to the point. They listened to what we had to say and accommodated our needs right away. Sutherlin Nissan gave us excellent service. There is nothing they could have done to please us more. Their attitude was refreshing. We will DEFINITELY go there for business again in the future. We had visited a different Nissan dealer closer to our home before going to Sutherlin Nissan, but their attitude was appalling and we left there feeling very unhappy and offended. Because of this experience I wanted to go to Jeep instead, but my wife convinced me to give Sutherlin Nissan a chance to serve us and we are pleased we did.
