They deserve your business! Shopping for a car is not on my list of favorite things to do. I say that based on my experiences at other dealerrships over the years. My experience on February 27, 2016 at Sutherlin Nissan in Vero Beach was totally unexpected. I had initially talked to Inernet Sales Manager Aaron D''Amico when I researched the dealership's used car inventory. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted warmly by Sales Agent Robert Duran. He tirelessly walked the lot with me finding vehicles that met my requirements. In addition to his warmth and professionalism what impressed me was Robert's lack of pressure on me. He made me feel so comfortable and was so happy when I fell in love with the 2012 Toyota Rav 4 which I eventually bought. Yes, he was happy to sell a vehicle but he was genuinely happy for me. He and Aaron both went out of their way to help me get my car financed. The dealership was extremely busy when I was there but at no time did I feel that my used car purchase was less valued than someone walking in and purchasing a brand new vehicle for cash. I was thanked so many times while I was there that I lost count! Sutherlin Nissan in Vero Beach deserved and earned my business!. The entire experience from stsrt to finish changed my opinion about car shopping. Not all dealers are the same.If ypu want to feel valued as a customet, visit Sutherlin Nissan and ask for Robert Duran or Aaron D'Amico. You will not be sorry. More

He will definitely leave your head spinning with his high energy and his knowledge of every single car on the lot! Absolutely no pressure, and he listens to what you want instead of trying to sell you what he thinks you want. Then there's Laz. What can I say, he treats you like he's known you a lifetime. This particular sale......for me, was a challenging one. When I tell you he spent nail biting time on me to make it happen, believe me, he did. So, for those of you that think you can't get into the car of your dreams, think again! Michael. You have to love him. He makes you smile when you feel like crying, or are crying! Well done!! Came in on 1/23/16 to take a test drive of a Nissan Rogue to get a feel for the vehicle... we were looking to see what vehicle was best for us. Camille was great... we got an excellent deal for the Rogue and was given more than I imagined for our trade-in. Was a bit upset that we only received one "master" key.... she was able to work with us... got the new key cut and programmed on 2/15/16.... No charge!! Also love that the Rogue was washed after the service!! More

Amazing! After being turned down by several dealerships I gave up hope and thought that I would have to settle with a buy here pay here dealership. On 02/08/16 After being turned down by several dealerships I gave up hope and thought that I would have to settle with a buy here pay here dealership. On 02/08/16 I googled "Nissan dealerships bad credit" and Sutherlin Nissan came up. I went on the website, searched through their used cars and saw several 2014 Altimas under $15,000 with very low miles. I figured one more try wouldn't hurt, it was late at night so I filled out the pre approval application and went to bed. The very next morning I received an email from Aaron D'Amico. He went into detail about their Rebuild America Auto program which was perfect for me considering my credit. We talked via email for several days and I even emailed him 3 cars that I was interested in. Aaron told me I would be able to get one of the 3 I chose. Aaron told me everything that I would need to bring with me so I drove from Tampa to Vero Beach on 02/13/16. When I arrived I was greeted by every staff member that I came into contact with. I met Aaron and he introduced me to my salesmen Travis. Not even 30 minutes later I had picked out and test drove the car I wanted. An hour or so later Travis came and told me that I had been approved with payments that fit my budget and all I could do is cry tears of joy. I couldn't even talk because I was in shock that it happened so fast and smooth. I was congratulated by staff from different departments. There was an issue with my debit card and my salesman Travis even took me to my bank to get a cashiers check with no hesitation. The customer service at this dealership is like none I've ever experienced. I'm forever grateful and loyal to Sutherlin Nissan. I'm still in disbelief as I type this review because I can't believe that I'm now the owner of a 2014 Nissan Altima with 33,000 miles that's still under warranty :). They treated me like family and I'd recommend them to anyone. More
