Horrible experience. Made a deal on a vehicle we fell in love with, put a down payment on the vehicle to hold it until the next day. Went in and found an exhaust leak. Salesman said the sales manager was pulling the car and having service look at the vehicle and they would call us back after they figured what it would cost to fix the problem. The next morning the salesman called and said they sold the vehicle that evening after we left. HORRIBLE customer service, HORRIBLE communication! I put a down payment on the car, and they sold it after we left with mechanical issues! AND they ran our credit and got us approved for the loan on the vehicle!! I don't even have words at this point. I would NEVER do business with them. They are what give dealerships a bad name. Oh, and best part, we STILL haven't heard from the Manager. This should be illegal. More

I put that I would recommend this dealership and overall, I would recommend that someone check them out. My salesman, Teddy, is awesome. They add is a $2499 recondition fee that you have to pay no matter whether the car you purchase needed anything or not. I fully understand why they do the $2499 fee but it is not my responsibility to help offset the overall business exposure of the win/loss on cars overall when I am dealing on just one deal. My 2 cents. More
