First ever brand new car! I have purchased a lot of used vehicles from dealerships in my life. Even a few from this dealership. I Went in to get a brand new Nissan Xterra as my I have purchased a lot of used vehicles from dealerships in my life. Even a few from this dealership. I Went in to get a brand new Nissan Xterra as my wife and I have become more active in our lives. Hiking, kayaking and camping are things we plan on doing on a more regular basis. Tom our sales rep really did his job. I live in North Port and instead of driving up there right away we did a lot of back an forth via email and even text messaging. When I came up to look at the vehicle he had it ready to go. He let me test drive it and told me to take my time to make sure I really wanted it. After the test drive I told him I had to get back to work and they got back to me a few hours later with the numbers. Everything worked out perfectly and I went back to get my brand new car. Well in the transfer of my personal belongings I left my garage clicker in the car I traded in. Would be you believe he drove it over to me?! Talk about going the extra miles literally. I researched the internet and visited several dealerships from Clearwater/Tampa to Brandon, Bradenton, Sarasota and Venice. As a 70 year old, the trauma of a severe accident followed by the "new game" of electronic car searches and e-mail blitzes was quite an experience. Luckily, I found something on line at Venice Nissan that seemed to fit my needs. I completed a vehicle interest request and got an immediate reply from the sales staff. After setting up an appointment I visited the dealership and checked out my choice. I visited several other choices but none matched the level of personal treatment and professionalism that I received from the folks at Venice Nissan, especially Jorge Arrazola, my sales rep, Mark Foster, who answered my e-mail inquiry, Peter Liakakos, the sales manager and Kevin Harrison, the finance manager.
