Auto maintenance- check engine light on. Steven was very helpful when I brought my daughter's cube in for a check engine light on. We walked out of another dealership where the sales force were pushy. I knew this was the SUV I wanted as soon as I sat in it (despite my resolve to look and drive every SUV on the market). We worked with Jon and Mark on picking out the perfect vehicle and features, Mark on the pricing and Peter on the financing. Jon explained the features, and set up our iPhones, garage door and gate openers. This is really nice vehicle and we realized we weren't going to happy with anything else. More

Worth the Drive! My wife and I were visiting her parents in Venice and we happened to stop into this dealership. We were greeted by a sales person by the name of Ciara My wife and I were visiting her parents in Venice and we happened to stop into this dealership. We were greeted by a sales person by the name of Ciara Hardy. Now maybe because we had no intention of buying from them but from first contact she was very pleasant, not pushy and had more knowledge of the car than I. I had been researching the car for months on line and at my local dealership. My local dealerships were not coming of sticker price by much and I figured they all were the same. Lets say Nissan of Venice made us an offer we couldn't turn down. I will be telling all of my friends before they buy in our county to give Ciara a call, its well worth the drive. Who thought visiting the in laws would turn into a pleasant surprise. More
Seek out salesperson Ciara Hardy! I drove by two other Nissan dealerships to visit Nissan of Venice. I had heard the service was great. Now, I knew I wanted an Altima. And I didn't thi I drove by two other Nissan dealerships to visit Nissan of Venice. I had heard the service was great. Now, I knew I wanted an Altima. And I didn't think I need a lot of care. But, I didn't know exactly what direction I wanted to go. New? Previously loved? What version? Is it really time to buy? When I walked into the show room, I was greeted by Ciara Hardy. Ok, sales people have a very specific job. Sell. Here's how she does it. She listens, is patient, asks great questions, and presents options that make sense. I felt so good in the end that I just bought the show room model. What do we actually want out of a car buying experience? A car. What did I get? Engagement, intrest, excitement, follow up, oh yeah... And a car that I love. Thank you Ciara Hardy More
