Bill and Eric were life savers for my car. They found the problem and i was so impressed with the service AND PRICE I WAS SHOCKED. WHEN i got in my car and drove away it drove like a charm. I must say that i was completely satisfied and impressed.They have most defiantly earned my return business and should be given bonuses or paid top dollar salary's for there tremendous positive and helpful attitudes and, good work. Although this was only the second time i had had Cesar as a Service Representative, he recognized me and called me by name right away. Cesar was off the following day, when i needed to return my car once th a Service Representative, he recognized me and called me by name right away. There was some confusion as to whether the generic part I had chosen (over OEM) would be suitable, and Mike kept me informed of the process AND made some excellent suggestions for alternatives if the part ended up not being OK.
