WORST EXPERIENCE!!! My experience at Nissan was not good at all. I give two thumbs down. I have two cars from Nissan I used to love them. But the service I received has c My experience at Nissan was not good at all. I give two thumbs down. I have two cars from Nissan I used to love them. But the service I received has changed my mind to buy another one in the future. Ronald Paz the service manager at this location is not a manager they should demote him to washing cars or shuttle service. I received better service from those men, then I did the manager and that's sad. Ronald is not a very good listener and is very rude. I had a issue on my rougue and they was a noise that I believe that was coming from the transmission we all know they have issues. I went for a test drive twice with him and once with the technician and he said that it was the breaks and that would fix the noise. Well, $600.00 later guess what the noise was still their. Ronald kept saying "WE FIXED THE BREAKS". I understood that but why was the noise still there after he said it would not be?. Had them keep the rougue and asked again for a diagnostic that we had originally asked for. They kept the car another day and said they did the diagnostic guess what they didn't when i picked it up. No diagnostic paper work that it passed or failed just there code check and technicians word it. HORRIBLE!!!! Returned Thursday again... Ronald was not nice or understanding kept talking over me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Still no resolution. The service advisor Blanca is also rude she doesn't have very good listening skills either and made us purposely walk back and fourth for our paperwork. I finally had it when I still could not get the diagnostic paperwork so I asked for the owner, Ronald said I need a appointment go figure so he could go to him before I could. Ronald kicked me out of Nissan because I cursed because i was so upset at the service. Or did he?, it was probably because I threatened his job when I asked for his boss. The owner called me right back and I was pleased with that. Ps. I am taking my time to write this to you because it true and frustrating. I don't want future clients to go to the same issue. IF U ARE GOING TO BUY NISSAN RUN AWAY U HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! IF U ALREADY HAVE ONE AND ARE GOING THROUGH THIS ISSUE. COMPLAIN AND CALL CUSTOMER AFFAIRS. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED THE WAY I WAS WE ARE THE CUSTOMER AND SHOULD ALWAYS BE RIGHT" More

Spent 15 minutes out in the cold I had an appointment for 7 am and I got there 5 minutes early. The service advisor was already in his station but he was still having breakfast so I w I had an appointment for 7 am and I got there 5 minutes early. The service advisor was already in his station but he was still having breakfast so I waited until he finished. It was a very cold morning and I waited until 7:15 when he finally started on my car. The service lasted for a little over an hour and when I got my car back, not only was it not washed, it was dirtier than when I brought it in. There were water marks on the windshield and on the hood when it was not even raining. More
