I have been taking my car for service at Nissan of Van Nuys since 2011. I've had nothing but great service from them. I've never been uncharged and all the work is accurately done. I was hesitant about us Nuys since 2011. I've had nothing but great service from them. I've never been uncharged and all the work is accurately done. I was hesitant about using a dealership, but I've been ripped off by small mechanic shops in the past. I've never felt ripped off, or overcharged, at Nissan of Van Nuys. This is why I continue, and will continue, to use their services. More

I drove away from your dealership and truck was missing, and still is. Maybe something is loose, but I am angry because I spent $700.00 at Nissan that day. I have been out of town since the week I left and and still is. Maybe something is loose, but I am angry because I spent $700.00 at Nissan that day.
