Service Manager James Alvarado was great. But the automated system kept sending me texts that I had missed my appointment! So five starts for the service and 3 stars for the customer techno But the automated system kept sending me texts that I had missed my appointment! I was a long-time customer of Universal City Nissan until they abruptly closed, so this was my first time at the Van Nuys dealership for service on my Versa Note that is no longer being made. They took great care of the car and I will happily return. Just get the auto-responder fixed! More
