EXCELLENT BUYING EXPERIENCE!...I was greeted by Gary Guemiksizian the sales manager in a friendly manner, told him what I was there to see, he introduced us to BUYING EXPERIENCE!...I was greeted by Gary Guemiksizian the sales manager in a friendly manner, told him what I was there to see, he introduced us to Peter Benarbashian who took over from there. Peter was very helpful, knowledgeable, very kind, he explained every detail about the car, when he finished I was left without any questions and, he went out of his way to help me get the car I picked,not only that but he did follow up to ask if I was pleased with my new car or had any questions.This was the easiest car buying process I have ever experienced.Gary and Peter should be given bonuses for their tremendous positive,helpful attitude and good work (the best sales team) I will highly recommend them. Bill and Eric were life savers for my car. They found the problem and i was so impressed with the service AND PRICE I WAS SHOCKED. WHEN i got in my car and drove away it drove like a charm. I was greeted on the lot immediately by Nelson in a friendly manner. I told him what I was there to see he located the vehicle for me. Although the car was being purchased by someone else. I test drove that car and didn't like it and again he was very professional. He found another car for me to test drive. although the sticker price was out of my range he assured me that he could work out something with his sales manager. Shan was wonderful as well he worked out the numbers and came up with a price I could work with. he gave me a better deal than the credit union was offering me. Angela was so helpful with the financing part she made sure we had everything we needed GAP insurance, Certified Wrap. She explained everything throughly. More
I called in and spoke to Peter, he was very professional and answered all my questions on the phone. He set up an appointment for me to come in and test drive an xterra and a rogue. When we got there he alr and answered all my questions on the phone. He set up an appointment for me to come in and test drive an xterra and a rogue. When we got there he already had both vehicles ready for a drive. He gave me tons of info on both and I knew the Rogue was the overall better car for me. My dad was there with me and he was going to do all the negotiating. We met Kris which was the sales manager, he was super friendly and very nice, he gave us an amazing deal on MY new Rogue and explained every detail. I could not believe how easy it was to buy a new car, Peter and Kris were amazing. Even my dad who has purchased many cars in his life said "this was the best buying experience", he was very impressed and that very hard to do with him. I recommend all my friends and family to Peter and Kris. Oh and I got three free oil changes :) More

Although this was only the second time i had had Cesar as a Service Representative, he recognized me and called me by name right away. Cesar was off the following day, when i needed to return my car once th a Service Representative, he recognized me and called me by name right away. There was some confusion as to whether the generic part I had chosen (over OEM) would be suitable, and Mike kept me informed of the process AND made some excellent suggestions for alternatives if the part ended up not being OK. (It was). More
