Nazario helped me out and assigned the best technician on the site to help and figure out why the brake light on my brand new 6k miles Frontier would not turn off, even though it turned off after 30 minutes the site to help and figure out why the brake light on my brand new 6k miles Frontier would not turn off, even though it turned off after 30 minutes waiting to be seen, they tested the truck and found out that it was a relay that was faulty. I'm also very grateful that the service department was able to see me so quickly. There was a young woman in the service department who was also very polite and professional. However, upon retrieving my vehicle, there was an empty Gatorade bottle on the floor of the back seat and the 2nd cashier I dealt with could use some customer service skills - like greeting and thanking the customer instead of just announcing the total and handing the over the keys. More
