He asked what I was looking for, how much, what I was able to pay monthly, what other things I was interested in when it came to a car & within seconds had a list of car. Mind you I had NO money to put down, I wanted a newer year, low mileage, couldn’t afford more than a 280$ car payment, & to top it all off I my credit wasn’t very good either. I walked out that same exact day with a 2017 Nissan Sentra with only 9,024 miles at 13,500$, & only 280$ a month. Grant made the impossible possible !!!! I am still in disbelief but very grateful! I wanted to purchase a vehicle, but needed some time to come up w My experience with Nissan of Vacaville has been great, all because of Omar Mendias. I wanted to purchase a vehicle, but needed some time to come up with the down payment. From day one, Omar came alongside me to make sure my experience was not a stressful one. He assured me that he would do all he could to assist in helping me get a vehicle. It turns out that it took me about 3 weeks to finally come up with the down payment. During the 3 weeks, I emailed Omar frequently with questions, concerns, and requests. Omar was very patient with me, and promptly answered every email. The day I came in to pick up my vehicle, Omar provided excellent customer service: providing water, making sure my family and I were ok while waiting, getting a balloon for my daughter, and helping me understand certain features in the new vehicle. Yes, I was impressed and truly appreciated Omar's customer service, and helping me drive away with a 2017 Nissan Sentra!! More
