I was served by Caxious Florendo who was courteous and very well spoken. He quickly explained me about the servicing and later about the findings. We even chat about the book I was reading. He kept me updated while the work being carried out. At the end with pleasant smile he handed me the car. Besides Caxious - all the other staff were also very customer focused and courteous. More

One Happy Customer I highly recommend Nissan of Tustin!!!! I wound up buying a car there almost two years ago and it was the best decision I have ever made. Since that d I highly recommend Nissan of Tustin!!!! I wound up buying a car there almost two years ago and it was the best decision I have ever made. Since that day, Jared Garcia has been my service tech since that day. Firestone in Santa Ana had lied to me and performed services on my Altima that were not needed and didn’t fix things that needed to be fixed. This had been going on for three years. Jared Garcia is a breath of fresh air. He is honest and fair at all times. He will never mislead you and say you need something you don’t. Being a single mom is already difficult, but when you take your car to a place to be fixed you should be able to trust that it will be. I did not have that with Firestone and it was very difficult. I absolutely have that with Jared Garcia at Nissan of Tustin. I always know I am in the best hands and will taken care of. Bravo!!!! More

Getting my first service for my new Nissan Leaf. Mr. Jeffrey coward was so professional and helpful with all the questions I had about my new electric car. Trade-In Car Made Easy! My mum and I received a call from the dealership on trading in our then Versa Note for a newer updated car for 0% interest, made an appointment within My mum and I received a call from the dealership on trading in our then Versa Note for a newer updated car for 0% interest, made an appointment within the next hour and were greeted by Jorge Rodriguez! He was very descriptive, patient, understanding, and positive on helping my mum and I on trading in the car for a newer one! For sales, Chris Vera helped out all throughout the process and guided us onto a newer car also! We did all the necessary paperwork and the next day, we received our Rogue Sport! It was heartbreaking leaving the old car, but it was worth for a newer one!! Hands down, the best team of people at this location! More
