I had never heard of The city of Tustin until my car broke down on the freeway and was towed here. Carl oversaw the work -new transmission and clutch -and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I arrived to the Nissan at Tustin location at 7:45am. I let the attendant know I was here to service my car. Then, I told another employee that I had forgot to tell the first employee about a replacement p let the attendant know I was here to service my car. Then, I told another employee that I had forgot to tell the first employee about a replacement part. I saw the employees talking and parking my car in the customer parking. An hour passed and I asked how long more for my car to be taken in for service. The employee who had been the first I had talked to when I got to the appointment told me, you wanted to service your car? My coworker told me to park it. I asked how come you didn’t tell him I told you my car needs service. He surprisingly answered if you don’t tell the right guy then I just park it. So, I said you are telling me that you guys’ miscommunication is my fault and he said YES!. He added to go in and ask to have my car service. I was so upset but I just took a deep breath and I told the guy at the service desk what had happened. No apology, no concern for my experience was shown. At wonder what it takes for these employees to show some responsibility for their mistakes and respect for their customers. Or should I wondered if the manager running this location has the lowest customer service expectations??? Horrible experience! More
