do yourself a favor and don’t go to this establishment! My husband took my car, an infinity, on Dec. 27th 2022 for a check on why the camera was not working. After the diagnostic the mechanic told my husband that right tube of sunroof was clogged which caused outside water run down under the tray. When my husband asked the representative and the mechanic, he was told that all the water had been drained and the tube was unclogged. It was charged $316.91 for “labor and parts?” Plus $145.00 for the mechanic review of the car in a total of $503,64 for pretty much nothing. The carpet on the car got dry by me and my husband vacuuming and letting the car run with high temperature air inside, not for the ed poore service provide by Nissan. After 2 days, the camera was still not working, so we decided to take to Infinity’s so we paid for another $181.21 for another diagnostic when we learn th inform the work that Nissan mechanic and representative said was done, was never completed, both tubes were clogged and there was so much water underneath that was causing mold to be formed!!! Health hazard!! I feel stolen and ripped off by this establishment. More
They jack up their prices on new cars by adding overly inflated options you don't want such as $1400 for ceramic sealant for an example. I serviced my Infiniti Q50 at Nissan of Turnersville yesterday & today. Ill continue to come back (2nd time) to their service department every time for essential services. Service Advisor Robert Forre yesterday & today. Ill continue to come back (2nd time) to their service department every time for essential services. Service Advisor Robert Forrest hands down is one of the best in the business. I know, I've spent 35 years running dealerships in Mgt. capacities. He was efficient, attentive & followed up on the car's progress as it was there for several issues. Make sure you ask for him when scheduling your next service. Great employee. More
Michael Hess at Nissan of Turnersville should be ashamed of his self. I dropped my car to get repaired using the Dropbox. I wrote a note asking them to call me because I had a question. They told me that they didn’t have my car but my car was in the back about to be worked on. I was about to call the police because they kept telling me that maybe I took it somewhere else when I know I didn’t. Well I went up to the dealership and my car wasn’t where I left it. Michael Hess continued to insult my intelligence by pretending to look for my car when he knew exactly where it was. I would think that it would have been easier to answer my question rather than lie to me about not knowing where my car was. Obviously I was going to get more work done because I brought the car back after doing some repairs a few days ago. I’m really not sure what he was thinking or trying to do but Michael Hess was not professional at all. More
