Great work and costomer service I had to have extensive amount of expensive work done to my car. Neil Mosbarger was excellent, friendly, and helpful! He worked with me on getting the best prices I could get. My bill was over $2400.00. If it wasn't for Neil working with me, I would have went somewhere else for better prices. Neil was great with communication. He called me through whole process. I would also like to recongize the technian/technians that worked on my car. They did an amazing job as well. March 13, 2014 - wht a great day! I went through Kristy Springle (Internet sales) to secure an appt. with Pierce Herbst to test drive a 2014 Rogue. After some negoitiating, I now own a Rogue. I love my Ro Springle (Internet sales) to secure an appt. with Pierce Herbst to test drive a 2014 Rogue. After some negoitiating, I now own a Rogue. I love my Rogue and enjoy driving it every day. The folks at Nissan of Turnersville are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I got a great deal going through the Internet. This is the 2nd time I've done this and love the experience. Nissans are the best and are very reliable. I know my Rogue will be wih me for a long time and I couldn't be happier. Horrible experience, been issues with this car since i bought the used car there. Drivers side windows only works once in a while, new tires need first six months, muffler rotted, and they quoted me a pr bought the used car there. Car is falling apart, take someone there that services cars, buyers beware of this dealership, once you walk out the door after the sale, that is all they care about. Just sitting in the waiting room for service, you should here the complaints, penske getting riche, and they don't care about customers at all!!! More
First of all, I LOVE my Nissan Armada!! But, I spent a ton of extra money for a Navigation system in 2011 as part of my purchase. The system is a little out dated and I've tried in vane to get an update. In one hour I spoke to this dealership twice and the first time I was told to by the CD and I could o it myself. So I went to the Nissan web page and it clearly stated that the dealership needed to do this, so I called them back. On hold for about 10 minutes and they tell me that they don't have the computer to do this and gave me a number for the map dealer. So I called them. They were indeed friendly but told me that it had to be done by the dealer and that she was certain they had the computer. Even suggested I call them back to "remind them" that the system is called the C3 computer system. Again to the dealer and... No dice! So I spent a ton of money for a navigation system that the dealership cannot update!? I've gone here for other service and had a good experience but this is a bit ridiculous. I will now try another dealership an hour away. But I should feel comforted that Nissan thinks the dealership can do. It... The map company thinks the dealership can do it... But they cannot. More
Went to NISSAN in turnersrville for the SECOND time and both times I came out with a SUPER car at a great price and my sales man JOE RECCO was the man he was a great salesman with so much patience and know both times I came out with a SUPER car at a great price and my sales man JOE RECCO was the man he was a great salesman with so much patience and knowledge he spent a lot of time finding me the best car for the price I wanted to spend, and for the FIRST time in my life I was shocked when they gave me back a check I had written worth a good chunk of money and said we are honest here and to me that meant the world, NO other car dealer would do that so for now on they have my business and I will always ask for JOE RECCO the best of salesman and MIKE the manager was the best he took time to speak to me and was of great help THANKS AGAIN AND SEE YOU SOON. I made multiple visits during my purchase and every time some absolutely recommend it - here's why: First of all, customer service is outstanding. I made multiple visits during my purchase and every time someone greeted me at the door and offered me a seat, and walked the person I asked to see back to the table I was seated at. This is much classier than walking me to the person. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and they work as a team. Even the salespeople who are waiting for new customers went out of their way for me even though I wasn't their client. Buke, my sales lady, went out of her way to address every request or concern I had. Very very patient. The same can be said of Mike Atoori, the sales manager - a gentleman - honest - patient - and attentive to my needs. The quality of work, from a service aspect, is quick and outstanding. After I purchased the car, I decided I wanted a remote start. They invited me in the following day - chatted with me for a bit while the unit was being installed - and completed the job and sent me on my way within thirty minutes. That's FAST. Overall, I feel I was treated first-class and their hiring manager pieced together an excellent team. I do suggest this dealership. Pricing was great too - they were generous with the credit applied from my old car and the selling price was below MSRP. Thank you Nissan of Turnersville! More
This sales rep that i was dealing did not want 2 work with because i did not good credit. I had a trade and it was only valued @$1500 which is crap because after i left this dealership i went to Matt Bla with because i did not good credit. And the price was n the same range With that being said i will not refer anybody to this dealership. I wish i could remember the sales guy name but he was so busy trying to get somebody deal close that he basically did not have for me. And then he had the nerve to tell me that he was working on a deal since this morning and trying to close it. So i guess i was not that important. I had money and trade end. He was a older white male that wore glass around his neck. Anyway i LOVE MY 2011 NISSAN ALTIMA THAT I PURCHASE FROM MATT BLATT. More
