I did find the upgrade information at NissanUSA under the Owners Portal. Your vehicle is not equipt with a CD and you must purchase an upgrade from Nissan directly. We can then download the software into your Navigation system for you. All of the information can be found at the link I provided below. On behalf of the entire team I appologize if any of my staff were rude. We certainly do not operate that way and would not allow the staff to continue working here if that was routine. Sometimes there are challenges getting banks to buy all deals and depending on credit scores we might not have had a good bank for you personally. All dealerships use different banks and they all have different criteria. I'm not familiar with the details of your deal but if i was i might be able to give you specifics on the trade value and why we didnt get the deal done.
