Wow! Waht a great experience! Wow! What a great experience! With tablet in hand we entered Turnersville Nissan. We had done our research….we were interested in a Murano because i Wow! Car buying isn’t one of our favorite things to do, so we were a bit apprehensive. We were introduced to sales representative Jim Wilson. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and informative. We test drove 4 cars and he answered every question with expertise. It came down to two cars and that’s when sales manager Mike Atoori came in and presented the deal. He was very thorough and we were very impressed with his attention to detail. He listened to our requests with patience and then he worked out a deal that we were more than happy with. Mike as sales manager and Jim as sales rep. both went far beyond expectations ….this was by far our best car buying experience ever! We actually had fun! Oh and by the way our car was presented to us perfectly clean and detailed. We love our new Murano and we would not hesitate to buy another car from Turnersville Nissan. I have always felt pushed and taken out of my comfort zone as well as my price range. At Turnersville Nissan, not only did they stay in the price range I gave them but they stayed with me throughout the day, knowing they weren't going to make a huge profit on my purchase. It wasn't about the profit as much as it was about a happy customer. The car I purchased was "as is" with no warranty, but that hasn't stopped the manager and service department from going above and beyond. My sister purchased 2 new vehicles from this dealership and I have sent several friends there. When I am finished with my schooling I will go nowhere else but here to buy a brand new car. More
