They were the only Nissan dealer in the area to give me a real number via email without trying to give me the run-around. I REPEAT: THE ONLY ONE! I found this hard to believe, but it started me out on the right foot with them immediately. This meant a great deal to me, as I was really only available to go to a dealer one time due to my schedule. It was no-hassle to get a true quote over email and Kristy was great to work with as well! Once they actually gave me a quote, I knew this was the dealer I wanted to work with, as they would be honest and forthcoming. This turned out to be beyond true! Joe was great from the second I walked in and got me where I wanted to be: walking out the door with new keys in hand! He did not pressure me throughout the negotiation process and was honest with me from the beginning. They offered me a great price and were willing to work with my trade-in, which wasn't a beautiful car they had to take. Go see Jim Jim Wilson was absolutely terrific! We spent a couple hours discussing 3 different vehicles while test-driving 2 of them .. Pathfinder and Quest. Ji Jim Wilson was absolutely terrific! Wow! Waht a great experience! Wow! What a great experience! With tablet in hand we entered Turnersville Nissan. We had done our research….we were interested in a Murano because i Wow! What a great experience! With tablet in hand we entered Turnersville Nissan. We had done our research….we were interested in a Murano because it received top reviews. Car buying isn’t one of our favorite things to do, so we were a bit apprehensive. We were introduced to sales representative Jim Wilson. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and informative. We test drove 4 cars and he answered every question with expertise. It came down to two cars and that’s when sales manager Mike Atoori came in and presented the deal. He was very thorough and we were very impressed with his attention to detail. He listened to our requests with patience and then he worked out a deal that we were more than happy with. Mike as sales manager and Jim as sales rep. both went far beyond expectations ….this was by far our best car buying experience ever! We actually had fun! Oh and by the way our car was presented to us perfectly clean and detailed. We love our new Murano and we would not hesitate to buy another car from Turnersville Nissan.
