Bob maintains constant communication—whether it’s by text, email, or a phone call—so I never have to wonder what’s going on. My mind is always at ease. One standout example: I had a transmission issue with my Infiniti. The Infiniti dealership seemed more focused on the cost than on actually helping me—even though I had an extended warranty. Bob stepped in, arranged to pick up the vehicle from that dealership, handled everything from start to finish, and got it done quickly and professionally. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. This is the kind of representative I want to do business with. A little backstory: I’m retired now, but I previously served as General Manager of multiple new car dealerships, including a Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram franchise. If I were still in the business, I would have made Bob an offer to become a Service Manager—and eventually a Service Director. That’s how impressed I am with him.
