This was the first time I bought a SUV from Nissan. Dan Bittner. Of Toyota made us aware that we could look at any dealership in the auto mall. I wanted to get away from the Toyota RAV because I had had one and was ready for something different. Dan showed me the Nissan rogue and I loved it right away. I had such a great experience with Dan. He took so much time. showing me different options and was very helpful and wanted to make sure we got something. We were really pleased with. I would never buy another car unless I got it from Dan. I never even went to another dealer because I know Dan would take care of me the manager or assistant manager at Nissan was also very helpful, kind and considerate. I know when the time is up for my lease on this SUV I will definitely be back to check out the new Nissans. Thank you for having such great sales people and management that keep you coming back. More
Worst dealership ever! ! Salesman had 2 weeks experience and didn't know squat about the car. I felt pressured and rushed to make a "same day deal". (I know there are incent ! Next day, I had to come back to get instructions on how to operate the new car, since it was closing time on the prior day. A more experienced gentleman gave me instructions, while the new guy, who was to observe and learn, played on his cell phone from the backseat. Worst thing was that I was sold a car with a defective or malfunctioning "Intelligent around view monitoring system." When the factory pre-set this system, it was set to "medium" for guidelines. The monitor showed nothing on the screen while entering my one-car garage in the drive gear. There were no audible beep sounds either. So the car went in crooked. When in reverse gear, upon exiting, guidelines showed yellow warning lines and intermittent beeps were heard. NO red warning lines showed, nor was a constant beep heard. (Red means you are close to impact and constant beep means "stop".) Therefore, I damaged a car less than 24 hours old. Once the service tech re-set system to the "long" view did the system work in drive gear. Consumer affairs at Nissan would not take my word for it and said it's driver's responsibility to see that everything is clear around them. Then why put in a around view monitoring system to begin with? I'm out of pocket a big deductible to get everything fixed and the inconvenience of having a rental car for at least a week. I also had to pay out of pocket for my garage door's sensor being damaged and replacing the damaged garage door molding trim that was hit. Thanks Nissan for nothing! Never buy a NIssan people!! They don't stand behind their vehicles. By the way, I'm very experienced with 360 monitoring, as my previous car had it and was constantly parked in this same garage repeatedly for 2 years without incident!! More
