We booked an appointment with a confirmed date for a service deal. The dealership wouldn't accept it and we had to battle with multiple people to get what we were promised. I only had one issue with a service writer that tried to sell me front and rear brakes that I didn't need - I took the front wheels off at home and had plenty of pad left. Get a second price/opinion from another shop on any major work. I get oil changes, brake fluid flush, and transmission fluid flush here while I wait in their comfortable waiting area. I recently dropped my car off in the evening and they bough me an uber home and then back the following day - the following day uber had issues and ended up taking 2 hours longer than expected. I had difficulty communicating with the dealership but eventually they handled it. More
