Traumatizing experience. Full complaint filed with the BAR. Bureau of Automotive Repairs. Full complaint filed with Nissan of North America. Multiple body damage to my Full complaint filed with the BAR. Bureau of Automotive Repairs. Full complaint filed with Nissan of North America. Multiple body damage to my Car while in Nissan of Torrance's care. Dealership now being difficult about repairs to the body. Hostile response from dealership when trying to take care of damage that they caused while in dealership custody. Now going through my own insurance to fix repairs Nissan of Torrance caused to the body of my car. Genius techs at Nissan of Torrance, couldn't figure out that my car needed brake fluid after break light flashed on dash. They also concluded that I had engine failure at 54k miles and wanted me on the hook for almost $3000.00 just for the teardown. Second opinion.... turns out I just needed a new battery. I just want the body of my car repaired back to the condition it was in when I had left it with them. Their repair shop recommended bumper replacement in order to fix damage Nissan of Torrance caused to it. Nissan of Torrance response was that I would be responsible for the bumper out of my own pocket, and they would pay for the paint. Really!? I got yelled at for wanting a rental car while my car was being fixed by their repair facility, to fix the damage that Nissan of Torrance caused...they were on speaker phone by the way, and the hostile conversation was witnessed by another party. What a truly traumatic experience! Elizabeth, Jonathan, Elias, This in no way warrants any BS response from you. It's all a smoke screen to cover their butts, because in the end, I did absolutely nothing wrong. Nissan of Torrance misdiagnosed my car. Nissan of Torrance damaged the body of my car. And I'm the the one paying the price for holding Nissan of Torrance responsible for their negligence and ignorance? More
