I recently dropped my car off in the evening and they bough me an uber home and then back the following day - the following day uber had issues and ended up taking 2 hours longer than expected. I had difficulty communicating with the dealership but eventually they handled it. More

My car was in service center for recall issue and replace a/c filter. My appt was 11:00 am. I arrived at 10:45 and finished around 3:00 pm. It took too long. The service representative, Mia at Torrance Nissan, was very nice. She kept me abreast of the status of my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was going to be charged for the car rental and I made it clear that I very nice. She kept me abreast of the status of my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was going to be charged for the car rental and I made it clear that I was not informed of this cost and that the car rental was solely due to car needing service that took a week to complete. The car rental amount, or the majority of it, was taken off. The estimate I was originally given was almost $200 less than the actual final amount. The estimate should be more than $50-60 higher than the estimate. This is something that needs more attention with your service reps making estimates. All else was satisfactory. More
