Recall and warranty service Sold warranty for auto nation fully knowing the would be moving the next month. Now have to pay deductible for warranty. Could not get anyone to talk to me from finance the whole 4 hr I was there. Not very good customer service, should be able to transfer to Nissan warranty at no charge. More
Horrible customer service. I tried to make an appointment for my first service at this new Nissan dealership and could NEVER get a call back. I tried both by phone and live cha I tried to make an appointment for my first service at this new Nissan dealership and could NEVER get a call back. I tried both by phone and live chat online. I finally left a message for "Thomas", the Service Manager and, no surprise...no call back. I then went into the dealership and left a message with the receptionist for the General Manager, "Gustavo" to call me and he also NEVER returned my call!! What's with the culture of this dealership that they don't know the definition of customer service?? At LEAST the courtesy of a return call. More
