Brought in our car for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Mechanic left oil pan plug loose, which caused car to leak oil in our new driveway. Plug was only finger tight, didn't even feel like a wre rotation. Mechanic left oil pan plug loose, which caused car to leak oil in our new driveway. Arrived at the dealership for my scheduled oil change appointment. I was advised to leave the keys in the car, sit in the waiting room and someone will come over to assist me. I sat patiently for 1.5hrs, appointment. I was advised to leave the keys in the car, sit in the waiting room and someone will come over to assist me. I sat patiently for 1.5hrs, within that time, the manager even checked to see how was I doing. I told him I’ve been waiting sometime for my scheduled appointment and he never addressed if I could be taken care of by his service department. In fact, he sounded a bit unfamiliar with the service procedure. The only people that wanted to “help” were the salesman, but they all just wanted to confirm whether I would be interested in a new car. It was an overall horrible customer service experience. More
