The service representative, Mia at Torrance Nissan, was very nice. She kept me abreast of the status of my vehicle. The car rental amount, or the majority of it, was taken off. The estimate I was originally given was almost $200 less than the actual final amount. The estimate should be more than $50-60 higher than the estimate. This is something that needs more attention with your service reps making estimates. All else was satisfactory. More

Poor service. No info given for how long oil change would be (2 hrs, btw). When the oil change was done, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes bc they failed to tell me my car was being washed, which was no be (2 hrs, btw).
