From the moment I brought it in my car, it was a complete disaster! Manny is truly one of the worst service representatives I’ve worked with at Nissan and I’ve been taking my car here for years. The entire time have very little care about me and my needs. I was told I can combine the free tires for life coupon with the buy three get one tire for $1 deal. I was told this by Nayeli and that was not the case. When I told Manny that he refused to do anything and pretty much just shrugged his arms. Didn’t offer to speak to a supervisor. Luckily I brought it to Steve’s attention and he took care of it right away! I asked many take a look at my radio as it is in great condition but sometimes when i gets hot the screen dims out. First Manny told me to just put a visor over it, which doesn’t fix my situation at all, then he told me I need to replace my entire radio system which will cost me about $2000 to $3000. I asked Manny if he could look at it he then proceeded to tell me the only way he could look at it is if he charge me $200 for a full diagnostics test. I told him I don’t need a full diagnostics test I know exactly what’s going on I just need you to look at it. After begging and pleading him for what felt like five minutes he finally agreed to take a look at it. The fact that I had to beg and plead with him for five minutes just for him to take a look at my stereo or to take a look to see if there is a loose cord is absolutely ridiculous. And quite honestly I was embarrassed by the fact that I even had to do that to begin with. Right before we left my stepdad asked him if we could have a business card for him. He proceeded to tell us that he no longer has business cards but that must be a good thing right? What??? So how does this help the current situation? Oh the best part? Was when I received my car and there was damage on my front bumper that I had just replaced the day before for $1700. Needless to say I left my service in tears. I have never received such poor customer service in my entire life. I want to be clear, the only saving grace from this entire day with Steve! Steve was truly the best thing that has come out of that day and has been the only person Who truly wanted to help me! If it wasn’t for Steve I don’t even know where I would be right now! More
The service manager is amazing! After having my brakes replaced last year the new brakes squeaked...loudly. After several unsuccessful attempts to fix the problem I asked to speak with the Service Manage replaced last year the new brakes squeaked...loudly. Very professional! I purchased my Nissan at a F*rd dealership. They did not have the necessary equipment to address my issues. This dealership not only fixed the problem, they also provided a loaner v dealership. They did not have the necessary equipment to address my issues. The service rep who I worked with was great, very friendly & efficient. I was able to easily get a ride back home - thank you to the cashier.
