My experience with Nissan of Torrance was excellent. I made a walk-in visit to the service department and the department service manager helped me when I asked for copies of prior service records which I made a walk-in visit to the service department and the department service manager helped me when I asked for copies of prior service records which I misplaced from my files. The next day or so, I made an appointment to repair an emissions recall regarding my son’s 2012 Altima. They provided excellent text communication about the service repair was going and expected time to complete. The repair went quick and they even washed the car before picking it up! More
