I have been coming to thousand oaks Nissan for the entire 8 yrs that i have had my car. I love knowing that I can always depend on Julie to get the job identifed and fixed. Having dealt w/ John since I have leased 2 vehicles from Nissan of Thousand Oaks, I would not go anywhere else from an oil change to a major service repair. For the past 30 months of my service history w/ the dealership,the quality of their work is tops in their field. Other car dealers service departments could take lessons from the people at Nissan of Thousand Oaks. Johns friendliness goes without question as he is always available either by phone (always returning all my calls) or in person.
