Brian Fudenberg in the service department provided excellent service. He greeted me promptly and went over my vehicles inspection report. The amenities at the dealership made the stay go by quickly. I have been coming to thousand oaks Nissan for the entire 8 yrs that i have had my car. I love knowing that I can always depend on Julie to get the job identifed and fixed. They never cut corners and always make me feel safe as I drive away. It's an added benefit when you have to wait to be in such a amazing comfortable lounge. I always seem to meet someone friendly. Then when your ready to leave you are greeted kindly by there cashier Alan he always has a smile and truly takes his job seriously. It's just a joy to go when you need to.
