It was confirmed we needed a new part and if it comes in time of the next appointment we scheduled, she would let us know. I got a confirmation text about our upcoming appointment. Didn’t hear anything about the part not coming in. So we came in for our appointment and it was a different person not knowing anything about the new part. After looking information up, he stated that he found the information about replacing the part, but the part wasn’t delivered. Wasted a day and the mileage for nothing and still have yet to hear if the part has been delivered. It’s been almost 4 weeks. More
