Never again. I was contacted about turning in my lease early. After over 3 hours, we drove off in a new vehicle, (being told “they’re finishing up your Finance” 3 times while they weren’t even close to do early. After over 3 hours, we drove off in a new vehicle, (being told “they’re finishing up your Finance” 3 times while they weren’t even close to doing so should have been the first sign.) I received a notice that I had to pay a remaining balance on my former lease and was PROMISED that wasn’t the case. Due date has now arrived and I hear nothing back from the messages I’ve sent to multiple people asking them to take care of this. This is honestly the second bad experience. Shame on us for giving them another chance. We love Nissan but will go elsewhere from now on. More

There is a bunch of liars in their office. I have sold my car to them on 23 of November 2020 and they did not transfer payoff money to the finance organization until 27 of January 2021 so I had to pay one mo car to them on 23 of November 2020 and they did not transfer payoff money to the finance organization until 27 of January 2021 so I had to pay one more month already not being an owner of the car. Eventually they paid off lower price than it was in the agreement! Also I will add that during these 2 months they kept ignoring all the calls and messages just providing their f**king customer service contact and fake apologies. And of course customer service didn't answer to our calls...Don't make a mistake! Don't have a deal with this garbage! More

Imagine your wife goes to this dealership on Christmas Eve to purchase a used vehicle from their lot with letter in-hand of approved financing from our credit union. The day after Christmas and learning m Eve to purchase a used vehicle from their lot with letter in-hand of approved financing from our credit union. The day after Christmas and learning my wife bought me a vehicle as a Christmas gift, I called the salesman she worked with (Aaron) at 9am, December 26 and advised him we would be by later that after noon to purchase the vehicle. Later that afternoon and just before we were leaving to pick the vehicle up, I received a call from Aaron (our salesman) stating the vehicle was sold. This dealership and the lack of experience and action of Aaron sold the vehicle out from under us - MY Christmas Gift which my wife secured on Christmas Eve. DO NOT buy from this dealership. They are CROOKS and will sell a vehicle right from under you. Zero stars for this dealership. They are unacceptable and have no care for their customers. More
