Imagine your wife goes to this dealership on Christmas Eve to purchase a used vehicle from their lot with letter in-hand of approved financing from our credit union. The day after Christmas and learning my wife bought me a vehicle as a Christmas gift, I called the salesman she worked with (Aaron) at 9am, December 26 and advised him we would be by later that after noon to purchase the vehicle. Later that afternoon and just before we were leaving to pick the vehicle up, I received a call from Aaron (our salesman) stating the vehicle was sold. This dealership and the lack of experience and action of Aaron sold the vehicle out from under us - MY Christmas Gift which my wife secured on Christmas Eve. DO NOT buy from this dealership. They are CROOKS and will sell a vehicle right from under you. Zero stars for this dealership. They are unacceptable and have no care for their customers. More
