We agreed on a price and returned the next evening and picked up our new Leaf. More

Nissan has been 5- star for everything--purchase through James at a "fair" price, trade-in at a "fair" price, and service every 3 months at a fair price (already paid for by me in the "deal.") My car is a quality vehicle (with Bluetooth for cell service!). I am a "happy camper."
