Sales person Calvin is truly one of a kind! He takes all of the stress and anxiety out of the entire process. He makes you feel at ease and really walks you through all of your options. I always feel 100% confident leaving the dealership. This is my third vehicle leased from Staten Island Nissan and I would never go anywhere else. More

Right off the bat the used car manager Jimmy came out & started helping us. He was fantastic & when we saw a car we liked he handed us off to his salesman John & this kid was great!!! Service on my Murano For years I stayed away from this dealership, which is the closest Nissan dealer to my home. Their bad reputation proceeded them. I purchased my car in New Jersey because of that reason. I'm glad that there is new ownership and management. I had my first experience with their service dept and it was a good one. I was treated like a customer should be treated. I was told what had to be done and the cost in advance. There were no surprises. The work was done on time and everything so far looks good. I was given a new loaner while the work was being performed. The only negative I have is the service area environment. The waiting room area is small, noisy and not very comfortable. This is a holdover from the previous owners and hopefully the new owners will do something about this. I may be a little spoiled because I also own a BMW and an Audi and their service areas are much different. However the service staff was pleasant, efficient and eager to please. Please stay that way and thrive! More

Very disappointed Visited the dealership last weekend on Saturday and Sunday with serious desire to lease. Wanted to test drive a car on Saturday, but after having spe Visited the dealership last weekend on Saturday and Sunday with serious desire to lease. Wanted to test drive a car on Saturday, but after having spent 30 minutes waiting in the showroom for a sales person I was told by the manager that they had no license plates available for a test drive and I should come back Sunday. Came back Sunday and we went to the parking lot to get the car. The gate was locked so we went back the dealership supposedly to get the key for another car parked next to the dealership. We did all the paper work and the sales person started pressuring me with the numbers and commitment to get the car today. I stated multiple times that I needed to test drive the car 1st and then we could talk about numbers. After wasting about an hour with the sales person going back and forth to his manager for god knows what reason, I was told by the same manager that they don't have the keys and basically I couldn't test drive anything. More

Waste of time My sales man name was Moe. He was definatly a newbie and tried to push a $19000 car in me even though I told him my budget. He was extremely arrogant My sales man name was Moe. He was definatly a newbie and tried to push a $19000 car in me even though I told him my budget. He was extremely arrogant and became very irritated with all my questions and concerns. If I plan on buying a vehicle over $1000 then I want to make sure it's right. The finance manager was also extremely unhelpful and if maybe a little nicer I would have had my husband cosign and we would have left with a car. More
