This would be the third time that we were not so happy with the service for sure when they just hang up on you. Not so professional. I would love to hear from the service director. I have three Nissan in my household and I would not like to go to a different dealership for my vehicle needs but the service is terrible in St. Augustine Nissan and I will avoid to go there if possible. I had three upsetting visit / experience with them. I have never heard any dealerships or customer services personal who hangs up on guests/ customers.
