I always have a wonderful experience going to nissan of St. Augustine to get my car serviced. The main reason is because of Marvin!!!! This would be the third time that we were not so happy with the service for sure when they just hang up on you. Not so professional. I would love to hear from the service director. I have three Nissan in my household and I would not like to go to a different dealership for my vehicle needs but the service is terrible in St. Augustine Nissan and I will avoid to go there if possible. I had three upsetting visit / experience with them. I have never heard any dealerships or customer services personal who hangs up on guests/ customers. The only reason I am sending this note because you keep asking for my feedback. I hope I hear from Cynthia. Thank you More
