I was disappointed to see your employees did not wear Masks and that you allowed customers to sit in waiting room with out masks. Some of these customers were coughing and not covering their mouths. I h Masks and that you allowed customers to sit in waiting room with out masks. Some of these customers were coughing and not covering their mouths. I had to stay out side in the heat while I waited for service to be complete in order to feel safe. I then had to wipe down my car stealing wheel and interior because your employees did not have masks or gloves. The program update I guess was fine. But you should be practicing better safety processes to keep you and you customers safe. I will not be back More
