Marvin made a very stressful time a lot less stressful. My Armada needed a airbag sensor replaced after a accident. Service I arrived at 10am to have my car serviced needed an oil change, brake fluid replaced, and 105,000 mile maintenance. I was greeted by Marvin Dames and I arrived at 10am to have my car serviced needed an oil change, brake fluid replaced, and 105,000 mile maintenance. I was greeted by Marvin Dames and was told that it would take an hour and 45 minutes so just wait inside the lobby. Also had the car wash done which adds about 10 minutes because they do it by hand. The lobby had 4 chairs each spread out at least six feet apart to comply with current social distancing guidelines. Two of those chairs were massage chairs. About an hour and a half after I arrived, Marvin came to tell me that the car was ready. So I paid and left satisfied everything was done and it was done earlier than I expected. More
Had a bad leak from what I thought was sunroof. Had a bad leak. Left car there that night by 9:30 the next morning was ready to be picked up. Would take my Murano no where else to be worked on.
