This is the second time I’ve had to bring my car in for major service since purchasing there! The first time they tried to tell me I needed to replace whole A/C system for $4000!! Brought to my mechanic an major service since purchasing there! The first time they tried to tell me I needed to replace whole A/C system for $4000!! Brought to my mechanic and he blew out lines, fixed the problem for a fraction of their estimated cost!!! Back again with inflow and sensor issues. They did not fix the initial problem, stalled out on highway- THREE tows and $260 in the whole to bring BACK and I’m being quoted over $1000 dollars for something that should be covered under warranty and my battery all of a sudden doesn’t work!!!! Service center agents are condescending and apathetic. I feel they think I have no idea about cars and are trying to railroad me!!! Customer service in general is below satisfactory!!! I had to come back to the dealership because my service was done incorrectly on more than one occasion! There was no apology or sense of urgency to fix anything just a ridiculous quote! The issue on my vehicle is still not fully resolved after 2 visits and they don’t care if they fix it or I take it somewhere else! I’ve been with this dealership for 20+ years, however under this new management it has gone downhill! I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Nissan of Saint Augustine again 😤 More
I read a lot of your reviews and found most were good, but I am like those people that get charged for poor work that has to be done a second time, not to mention it took a week the first visit and the ca but I am like those people that get charged for poor work that has to be done a second time, not to mention it took a week the first visit and the car is back in a week later. I’m calling Mr Barnes tomorrow to get to the bottom of this. More
Speedy but poor service. Service center agents are cavalier and apathetic. Customer service is well below subpar. I had to come back to the dealership because my service was done incorrectly. Fast, Friendly and Professional As always, treated well from arrival to departure. Came in for 30K service and Recall maintenance on my Murano. Super happy with the level of service I received. I was on vacation and your service department got me in and out in the same day! Marvin in the service department was friendly and quick to have his depar on vacation and your service department got me in and out in the same day! Marvin in the service department was friendly and quick to have his department analyze the problem. They replaced a transmission control module, battery and serviced a recall all in the same day. Thank you for providing excellent service. More
