Not happy First let me say the Salesman was exceptional, the finance manager not so much, first it took over 4 hours for him to get the paperwork ready for us t First let me say the Salesman was exceptional, the finance manager not so much, first it took over 4 hours for him to get the paperwork ready for us to sign. We signed the paperwork and went about our way, only to be contacted by Nissan finance to say the payment on our trade in was late! Contacted the dealership and found out the finance manager filled the paperwork out incorrectly, so we had to go back and resign new paperwork. Week and a half later again contacted by Nissan credit stating the payment was 60$ short! Contacted Nissan and again it was a paperwork screwup which they eventually fixed. Now today, I get a notice from my credit watch agency stating that Nissan Credit had reported me for a late payment which resulted in my credit score dropping almost 20 points!! This place excells at incopentence. More
Horrendous...Buyer Beware! We recently leased a Nissan Rogue from St. Augustine Nissan and it was the worst experience in the 42 years we have been buying cars. Our VW Passat st We recently leased a Nissan Rogue from St. Augustine Nissan and it was the worst experience in the 42 years we have been buying cars. Our VW Passat station wagon finally gave up the ghost after years of good service. We loved St. Augustine Volkswagen, who serviced the car for the last 4 years. Unfortunately, Volkswagen no longer makes the Passat wagon or a car that met our dimensional needs. Our son-in-law has a Rogue and recommended it. The car is pretty good, although the build quality is not at the level of the VW Passat we owned or my Mercedes. The Service Department seems to be reasonable. The tinting job they did on the window was fine.. Our experience with the salesman (Steve Maag) and sales manager (Ace Fagundo) could not have been worse. We went in with a coupon for the lease of a Rogue and were given a test ride in a Nissan Rogue. The salesman then took us back to the breezeway beside the building and Mr. Maag demonstrated all of the features. After the test drive we told them we wanted the car. We then agreed to a lease agreement at a higher monthly cost than the coupon we were sent. We were told by Mr. Fagundo that the car we tested was not the base model, so the monthly rate would be higher. We understood that and finished signing the paperwork. After that My. Maag told us they would detail the car and bring it back. About 20 minutes later a Rouge with the same color and interior was brought out to the same breezeway and handed us the keys. I specifically asked Mr. Maag that this car was the one we test drove, and he said yes. We drove it home and did not use it until two days later when my wife took the car down to Flagler Beach to take a friend to her Chemotherapy. When she got back, she asked me to show me how the remote hatch opening worked. At that point I went to the car and looked for all of the features proudly demonstrated I realized that we drove the SV and ended up with the base model. It was only then that I realized I had been victimized by the old “Bait and Switch” you expect at a shady used car dealer. I went back to the dealership and told Mr. Maag that we were extremely upset. Mr Fagundo raced over to me and said “I am your friend and we will straighten this out, and I will get right back to you” and we are still waiting for Ace (I suspect he didn’t earn this nickname for his honesty) after three weeks. We were probably naïve in trusting the word of their staff, but we have dealt only with VW and Mercedes dealers for our last 4 cars and 8 years, because when they promised something, you could bank on it. St. Augustine Nissan is apparently not at the same level of professional ethics as VW or Mercedes. To add insult to injury was an email I got from Mr. Todd Brills asking to contact him if we were thinking of rating the dealership with less than excellent or very good on the customer satisfaction form. I called him and left him a message. Two weeks later I have not heard from him. I realize that there is nothing we can do because it is a matter of “he said she said” and it would cost more than the car is worth to fight it out in court. At least five friends who saw the car said they really liked it. I told them what St. Augustine Nissan did to us, and advised them to get a VW or Toyota or if they really wanted to get a Nissan go to Beck or Coggin Nissan. I plan to take this up with Nissan management, the BBB, and the Florida Department of State. More

Terrible service department Worst experience at a Nissan dealership I have ever had. I have had Nissans for past 15 years. Went to this dealership for oil change/tire rotation an Worst experience at a Nissan dealership I have ever had. I have had Nissans for past 15 years. Went to this dealership for oil change/tire rotation and to fix my squeaking brakes. Brakes have been making noise for couple months. Was told from a different dealership it would take a few hours to fix and they couldn't fit me in. I elected to drop it off at this dealership last night and pick up later today which would give plenty of time. They called first thing this morning which was great. I asked what they did with the brakes. They said they saw nothing and couldn't do anything. I told them it has been going on for awhile. I asked if they test drove it. Was told yes. Went to dealership and specifically asked how they test drove it because the mileage in was same as mileage out. The incompetent women I was dealing with said they drove across the parking lot. I said so maybe they got to 10mph. That wouldn't replicate it. It needs to be at a street speeds. Manger then came to apologize but looked like dear in head lights. I said I would bet it will make noise when I leave. Sure enough, I make a good brake at end of dealership drive and made noise as I said. Will never come back to this place again. More

Cedric met us at the door and treated us with the utmost care regarding our needs in a new car purchase. He worked hard to answer all our questions and concerns and tolerated our desire to look at several cars/packages. Along with Tariq the manager, and Bob in finance, our experience was exceptional, especially the beginning to end care and attention given by Cedric. Bad finance practice with paying off loans. I purchased a new Sentra, sales person was great. I purchased it two weeks ago, and they were supposed to send a the payoff amount to pay off my loan I purchased a new Sentra, sales person was great. I purchased it two weeks ago, and they were supposed to send a the payoff amount to pay off my loan for the truck. As of yet the credit Union did not receive the pay off money. I am still making payments to the credit union. I understand it I will receive the extra money from the pay off of the original contract. More
