It took 3 hours from time we agreed on all details to get into the “finance” office and 7 hours start to finish even though we were paying cash. We were showed an offer sheet that we agreed to and then when into the “finance” office and 7 hours start to finish even though we were paying cash. We were showed an offer sheet that we agreed to and then when the offer was being written it was $1,000 more than we were quoted and when pointed out they quickly “corrected” the error. Once in the finance office it was rushed and we did not receive warranty contracts for warranties purchased. The sales person screwed up the Nissan app by entering our email incorrectly and thus we were locked out of app. He promised to call us next day to fix but did not. I called and left messages twice for sales personal And/or sales management with NO return calls. It was nearly 9:00 pm when we finished purchase and we were rushed outside to transfer stuff from old car. Everyone left and the dealership went dark and I could not even take a xxxx. No good byes from anyone, and insufficient explanation of the tech which is considerable on the new platinum pathfinder we purchased. It was promised that the residue from a removed sticker from a “sister” dealership would be removed when car was being detailed but it was not. It took me over an hour of scrubbing with bug and tar remover to remove. Overall this was not a good experience. More

Came to St. Aug Nissan in search of a new vehicle after my car accident. Went to multiple different places that morning and not much luck. Last stop of the search for a new car that day was at Nissan. My previous car was a 2016 Altima, & going to Nissan wasn't really on the list because I wanted something different. But I'm so happy we went in... not only was I greeted with so much enthusiasm and great energy but I ended up leaving with yet again another Nissan. But not just any Nissan... left with a brand new 2025 Nissan Altima SV the special edition all black! Michael Sabadosa was extremely insightful and helpful during this entire process. Recommend several cars and at the end of it basically got me into the car that I fell in love with. Gave me the best advice and guided me through every step!! Originally test drove the 2022 Altima SL loved it but, at the end he grabbed a 2025 Altima SV and fell even more in love. Michael got me the best rates and hooked me up with all the stuff I love and wanted in a car. He even got me hooked up with an amazing window tint place that he himself goes to and really likes. he took care of all the details and made sure I was set once I was able to pull that brand new car off the lot! Never thought I'd be in a brand new car from always driving used. But I'm glad I was able to from the help of Michael Sabadosa!! More
