Always a Delight My transmission on my 2011 Nissan Rogue went out in May while driving down from Bay Area to visit family. The car was towed to the San Juan Capistrano My transmission on my 2011 Nissan Rogue went out in May while driving down from Bay Area to visit family. The car was towed to the San Juan Capistrano Nissan dealer. Nissan Corporate was involved and Brian Escobar, service advisor, took care of the necessary business to ensure the car was repaired, thoroughly checked out for any other issues and repaired in a timely manner. I was so pleased and impressed with his compassion and his professionalism as well as of the dealership, that upon visiting family once again, I scheduled an appointment on July 26 for an oil change at the same location rather than Bay Area and to work with Brian Escobar once again.. Upon further inspection it was found that the car also was quite seriously needing rear brakes and rotors at this time. Again, I appreciate the thoroughness of the service department, their timeliness of repair and also ensuring me money savings by Brian signing me up to the One to One Rewards Program. This visit I needed to use their courtesy shuttle and again couldn’t have been more pleased with the professional service provided. I certainly will recommend this Nissan dealer location and Brian Escobar to everyone. I’ll just plan on returning for my periodic car check-ups in the future here. Rather than dreading it the experience will be a relief. Thank you. Debbie Honeycutt More

15K Mile Service This is my second time servicing my vehicle here and I have to say that this time around was a lot better. All items that I communicated to Brian (Ser This is my second time servicing my vehicle here and I have to say that this time around was a lot better. All items that I communicated to Brian (Service Writer) were taken care of and I didn't have any outstanding issues. I still say that communication was slow, I dropped the car off the night before and I was called at 8:00am to say they were working on the car, 15K mile service, front radar needed to be replaced again and they had to reset the lift gate operation. I called at 1pm to confirm that we spoke about the lift gate issue and Brian said they would take care of it. I had to call the dealership again at 4:30pm to see if the car was ready and Brian said that the paperwork was just being completed. The biggest issue is that they close the service department at 6pm sharp, which is not exactly convenient for anyone who has a job (which is almost everyone), so if you are not there before 6pm, you have to go the next day to pick up your car. More
