This dealership went out of their way to get my used car looking almost brand new by getting me a new dash, back light, spoiler, etc. all at no additional charge to me (while giving me cars off their lot to looking almost brand new by getting me a new dash, back light, spoiler, etc. all at no additional charge to me (while giving me cars off their lot to borrow in the meantime). I highly recommend Weseloh Nissan for a vehicle purchased. I spoke with Paul Dash (Dashkowitz) on the phone first and wanted to see some photos because the Autotrader advertisement had no photos purchased. I left a good faith deposit and they held the truck for 5 days and still lowered the price into the range I needed to make it a done deal. Absolutely no pressure salesman and he made me feel like he was trying to help me sell the car. Guy the Finance guy was friendly too--he did come down on his original warranty price and I felt good about the whole transaction. More
What an amazing Service Department and wonderful staff!!!!! I am visiting from Colorado, and brought in my truck with a rodent in the blower motor for cleaning and probable repair. Sabina Heineman was extremely courteous and thorough in her assessment of my needs. She provided me with truthful and accurate information, and some good options. She was cheerful, friendly and extremely good to work with. The cleanout and repairs made were perfect. My sincere thanks to the repair person, whose name I didn't get. The service was as quick as it could be under the circumstances. Plus, the interior and exterior of my truck were cleaned, and safety checks were made of my brakes and tires. A wonderful place for a traveler who needs service on a Nissan product! More
I have known Tim R. (Mechanic)for over 20 years now (since Barwick). He is the reason why I am at Weseloh. He is honest and is a great mechanic. Ron Hunter is the best salesman I've had a chance to do business with. He never tried to push me into any vehicle, he made suggestions, and made my experience a very comfortable one. I prefer his style over the type of people who jump all over you trying to immediately lock you into a deal. There's a huge difference obviously, and I felt comfortable to be at this dealership, which makes a big difference. Guy from finance also is top notch as that was my best experience in a finance department as well. Guy is thorough, friendly, professional, and highly efficient at his job possesing great skillsets. These gentlemen are very hard workers who deserve the proper acknowledgement from upper management as they are obviously valuable assets to this organization. Louis Clarke also provided friendly service and made me feel like I was taken care of. Great job! More

I just purchased a new car from Rob Chianese at Weseloh Nissan. He was easy to work with and went the extra mile for us. Most importantly, he was honest, sincere, and isn't a believer in high pressure sale Nissan. He was easy to work with and went the extra mile for us. Most importantly, he was honest, sincere, and isn't a believer in high pressure sales tactics. When we arrived at the dealership Rob approached me and introduced himself. I told him what we were looking for and he said he would do everything he could to answer our questions and ensure that we're able to make a well informed decision. Rob was quite knowledgeable about cars in general (how a CVT was different from a geared transmission, etc.) and seemed to have a solid answer for everything. I even tried to sneak in a few obscure questions from the user's manual (which I found online), but I was more or less unable to stump him. For the one or two things Rob didn't know, he simply said he would find out for us (and did - the next day). During the test drive, Rob focused on the vehicle and our questions. He did not pester us by asking, "When do you want to buy?" or "How much money did you want to spend?" In short, I didn’t once feel pressured and enjoyed the fact that we were able to discuss timeframe and budget at a point in time where I felt the conversation was appropriate. Rob also made sure to give both my wife and me ample time to drive the car (on both city streets and the freeway). All too often, test drives are cut short. We even had a chance to drive 10-minutes up the Ortega Highway, where it gets really curvy. While it took us a few days to test drive other cars, we eventually came to the conclusion that the Nissan which Rob showed us was the best combination of quality, price, and features. The actual sale was also easy. After a bit of negotiation, we agreed on a price that was acceptable and told Rob we would take it. As fate would have it, the specific unit we wanted was purchased just the day before, but Rob said he would locate another unit right away and asked me to come down to start the paperwork. Apparently, he wasn't kidding, because he was able to locate a nearly identical vehicle (with the only difference being a $30 cargo net) and had it delivered right away. In fact, while in middle of filling out paperwork, Rob invited me outside to see my car pull up told me they were going to get it prepared for deliver so that I could take it home ASAP (mind you, it was almost 8:00 PM on a Sunday, which is a full 2-hours after everyone was supposed to go home). Best of all, there were no gimmicks or games. The prices on the paperwork were exactly what we agreed upon, and Rob honored the trade-in estimate that was provided the day before (which was reasonable and comparable to the Edmunds and CarMax numbers). There are a lot of dealers and salespeople that can learn from Weseloh and Rob. If you have a good product, friendly and well educated salespeople, and reasonable pricing, you will make the car buying experience a positive one, not to mention the fact you’ll sell more cars and people will write nice things about you online.
