The very simple reason I am doing this review is because Sabena Heineman represented Weseloh Nissan so well that I cannot pass up the opportunity to say something nice about someone so nice. On August 25, 2011 my 2010 Murano LE would not start when I had my wife and two grandchildren in the parking structure at Disneyland in Anaheim. I called Weseloh at about 6:20 pm on that day and the telephone was answered by Sabena. She was very apologetic that the dealership was closed. She was on the phone helping me with a solution and suggested I caontact the Nissan Dealer in Anaheim. She contacted them in advance for me before I called them for assistance. Long story short, the Anaheim Nissan Service Manager answered the call and quite frankly apologize for everything he could not do to help me and suggested that I was getting upset with the person who is trying to help. His solution was for me to call Anaheim Towing and have the car brought to his dealership. He was apologetic that he could not provide me with a loaner or rental car because the rental agency was already closed and he would be closed before the tow truck got to us. If he were the same type of Nissan employee he would've done the Sabena did and answered a call after hours. I look forward to working with Sabena anytime I am using the service. I can count on her loyalty to you as well as me the customer. More

I totaled my car recently and had to get a new one- fast. I did a lot of research online, and found that Weseloh Nissan seemed to have the best variety of used cars at good prices. My wife and I test-drove several cars, and we were frank that we also wanted to check out other dealers. Hooman did not make me feel at all pressured (though he did follow up with several friendly reminder calls). I'm very happy with my final choice- a 2010 Nissan Sentra.
