Rosie responded to an internet inquire I had placed in late 2011. Although she could not locate the 2011 model I was looking for at the time, I told her I was going to wait until spring of 2012. She kept late 2011. Although she could not locate the 2011 model I was looking for at the time, I told her I was going to wait until spring of 2012. She kept in touch via e-mail over the next three months and when I was ready to by she was able to fit the car I wanted to my budget and had us in and out of the store within 1hr & 30 Min. The whold staff did a great job with the sale and Rosie really took the time to show my wife all about the controls on her new Murano SL. More
I had done quite a bit of research in advance on a particular car that I was looking for. Weseloh Nissan happened to have this car in their used car inventory, so I stopped in to take a look. I was greeted immediately by Louis, and he was friendly and professional. I asked about the car I wanted to see, and he promptly located the car and even had it washed and vacuumed before I saw or test drove it. One of the things I liked most about this dealership (and Louis in particular), is the relaxed, friendly, welcoming attitude. Other lots can feel like sharks circling, and immediately you feel a sense of being "sized up", not to mention pushy attitudes. This dealership is sparkling clean, extremely friendly; and everyone from Louis (and the other sales people, the receptionist, and the finance person, Guy) made us feel welcome. This was the best car shopping experience I've ever had. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing a new or used car. Service is top notch! More
Let me preface by saying the people I talked to were fine, I had no problems with them. I've done regular oil changes here for a couple years, fine stuff, I've never had a problem with my car so I ne fine, I had no problems with them. They always kept recommending I do 30k, 45k, etc, services. So I thought it might be a good idea and spent a couple hundred dollars on things they recommended be done. I left that day with a supercharger-type whistle sound every time i got on the freeway in the morning. I took it back and they wanted to charge me to do further diagnosis and potential fixes that they weren't sure were going to fix it. Hilariously bad business is done here, be careful. More

I negeotiated a deal on a new lease over a period of a week with this man and after being approved by their finance people and having a deal in place I went to sign and pickup the car. When I get to the d week with this man and after being approved by their finance people and having a deal in place I went to sign and pickup the car. When I get to the dealersship the car had no intrusion alarm as per the agreement. Mr. Chianese feigned asstonishment and offered to get me into a little more expensive model for a few dollars more per month. He then told me he had messed up on the original documents and was one thousand dollars low in the price to me. He then told me he was also wrong about a 500 dollar rebate and that the car which had the features we had agreed on was one thousand dollars more than the quote. Of this 2500.00 total he could give me a break of 670.00. My payment for the car with the features I was promised would rise from 211.00 per month to 269.00 per month. Either this man is the most inncompetent person in thehistory of car leasing or the dealership is allowing him to run classic bait and switch scams on their potential customers. What ever the case this not an establishment to be trusted. Life is too short toknow these clowns. More
