Worked with Scott, Ruben, and Dustin last Friday morning when I went to have an oil change performed on my 2010 Armada. From the second I walked in, I was approached instead of having to look around for ass when I went to have an oil change performed on my 2010 Armada. He looked up my service history and advised me to not request for a tire rotation and to avoid purchasing new tires (although I was ready to). While waiting for my oil change to be completed, I headed over the the parts department and again was approaced very professionally by Ruben. I asked for some assistance with looking for new floor mats for my vehicle. He researched my floor mats and realized there was an issue in the system with finding the exact type I needed. Ruben then asked for some assistance. Scott came by and together both him and Ruben spent some time researching the issue and ultimately finding the exact pair i needed. I know they could have taken the easy route and claimed my floor mats were not in stock however, their persistance prevailed.
