I have been going to this dealership to service my Nissan for many years and I ALWAY ask for Sabina! She is amazing and I can not say eniugh good things about her!! My 1st experience with Weseloh was not a 5 star rating. I was thrilled to have found the car I was looking for but the overall experience with the salesperson left me with a uneasy and distastefull encount I was thrilled to have found the car I was looking for but the overall experience with the salesperson left me with a uneasy and distastefull encounter. A few weeks later I received a letter saying I had a $75.00 credit balance due to the points I earned with my purchase. I was a bit reluctant to go back, but then I thought what the heck, “I have $75 I can use towards my car repair so why not use it”. So on Monday evening, not knowing the service hours, I drove up to the service area and saw that they were only open till 6:00 pm. I walked in and saw the clock on the wall reading 6:00 pm. Sabina Heinemann was just finishing up with her last customer, and I thought, oh no they are closed and this service person will send me away saying “we are closed”. To my pleasant surprise Sabina said, let me finish with this customer and I will be right with you. Even though it was well past closing hours, she took care of me. I didn’t feel rushed, she took her time completing all the necessary paperwork, even took time to review my car service manual to see what really needed to be checked since it wasn’t a car make she was familiar with. She quoted me a price according to what the service manual indicated needed for the 60,000 mile checkup. She reassured me she would call the one of the manufacturer’s dealer to verify the information she found in my manual. My husband, who was my ride home, asked “Why don’t you just take it the manufacturer’s dealer, they’ll know what your car needs and they probably won’t charge you as much for the service repair”. So I tried calling the dealer to get a quote on standard 60,000 mile checkup, and was unsuccessful getting any quotes over the phone because they claimed they needed to see the car before they would quote anything. With my past negative experience in taking my previous car in for service, I felt I should try this dealer at least once, so I did. As promised, Sabina called the next day to let me know the finding and status of my car. I was pleasantly surprise to hear that my car did not need all the previously stated repairs. What I had anticipated happening, didn’t happen. They needed to order a part for one of the repairs, but my car should be ready for me by today. When I returned to pick up my car, Sabina wasn’t at her desk and another service person asked, “ I can help you” I informed him I was picking up my car and he politely said, Sabina will be right with you, but I’ll bring your car right up. Within minutes Sabina appeared with a cheerful smile and knew my name right away…“Let me take you to the cashier’s window”. As we walked towards the department, she explained everything they did to my car and why some of the original quotes where not required. For the first time I felt that I wasn’t being charged for a repair my car really didn’t need. Sabina even informed the cashier to apply the $75 credit toward this service bill. I was genuinely happy to find out the final bill was under $40.00 for what I thought was going to be over $300.00. My experience with Sabina Heineman was first class. She was friendly, patient, courteous, and knowledgeable and I received excellent customer service. Her willingness to meet my needs with a positive occurrence exemplifies the highest standards of professionalism a prospective buyer would expect. Car service repairs can be stressful, however Sabina Heineman made my experience a pleasurable one. I will recommend your dealership to our friends and family. Thanks Sabina! More

I always felt that I received good service, but then, on Friday the 22nd, I had the opportunity to work with Sabina Hei over the past several years. Not only was she so very pleasant, she was professional, personable and attentive to what needed to be done. In today's world, we NEED more people like Sabina to assist those that are coming in for services of any kind. You have a real professional working for your company and one that you should reward. After a rough experience at another Nissan dealer, Weseloh was a great surprise. My salesman Jack was helpful, and whatever he did not know, he sought help, rather than just making up an answer. I test drove two cars, and one was about $1000 more than the other. Jack did not push me to buy the more expensive car, in fact he even told me that the less expensive car, while a year older than than the other one, would be better for ME! David was also really helpful. He guided me through the negotiating process, he asked me how much I wanted to put down, and the monthly payment, and after a few minutes, he came back with exactly what I wanted. Lastly, Guy, the finance manager was so informative, and he got me such a great interest rate, that I was truly impressed. Anytime I've ever bought a car, I've always felt a tinge of anxiety,especially when it came to doing the finance stuff, but not this time. I was really relaxed, and confident that I had come to the right place. I will ALWAYS come here everytime to buy a car. I will also strongly recommend this dealer to anyone who asks. One of the BEST car purchase experiences I've EVER had! I'd been shopping for a while and found my used car at my price online at Weseloh Nissan. I inquired and within an hour or so (late on a weekend) I heard from Rob. WOW! I met him the next morning and a few short easy hours later I was financed (despite having a bankruptcy) and driving off the lot in my new-used car thanks to Rob and his team. I had a few things that we agreed for maintenance to address in the weeks following my purchase and continued to be amazed by Wil and his team on the maintenance side. Love my car! Would absolutely do business again and recommend anyone to work with Rob at Weseloh Nissan. More
Since I bought my Altima February 2012 I have only come to service it at Weseloh Nissan. I bring it to Gary every time and he takes care of me! The customer service is exceptional. I had my car in for an oil change and it was a very busy day in the service department, I work across the street and I always pop in before work and my car is ready by my lunch break. Gary knows that I really love my car washed when I bring it in. Since the department was backed up and my car wasn't ready by lunch, he had my car dropped off at my work washed and ready to go and took care of my payment over the phone. Its the little things like that, that make my day so much easier and it was one less thing to worry about. Going beyond my expectations has not been forgotten and I truly appreciate the value of customer service at this dealership and with Gary. Thank you! More
This is my second purchase from this Dealer and both times I was VERY pleased. I bought a pre-owned Kia Soul a year ago and traded it in yesterday for a Nissan Juke! David Martinez is an excellent "specialist". He knew his product and he made me feel comfortable and I felt that he was truly there to help me make the best deal. I wanted to keep my same car payment on the new Nissan Juke as I had on the pre-owned Kia Soul and I guess that was rather unreasonable of me. After the back and forth between David and Bill Taylor, I was pleased with the offer and I'm only paying $95.00 more per month for a brand new vehicle!! Weseloh Nissan makes buying a car a great experience! They even gave me a sandwich when I said I was hungry! I would recommend this Dealer to everyone who wants a good deal and a extra friendly experience! More
